偏心对光栅副性能的影响

摘    要:光电编码器在计测、自控、机床、计算机、机器人等行业中有广泛应用,其核心部件是光栅副。本文对光栅副中的动光栅因偏心而带来的对精度、条纹宽度、相位变化等参数的影响作了详细的分析,可以看到偏心对这些参数有比较大的影响,因而在调整过程中,力争把动光栅中心调整得与其旋转中心同心。

Abstract:The photo-electric encoder is widely used in the measurement,automatic control,lathe,computer,robot,etc. Its main part is the grating pair. This paper analyzes the effect of eccentricity of the grating pair's index grating on the parameters, such as accuracy, fringe width,phase shift. The analysis shows that the eccentricity has a great effect on these parameters. So the index grating should be adjusted to be concentric with its rotating center.
