钻头螺旋槽的优化设计及其计算机仿真

摘    要:分析加工钻头时螺旋槽与砂轮的几何运动关系,运用微分几何和运动学原理建立螺旋槽和砂轮的数学模型。在此基础上开发螺旋槽的CAD/CAM系统。利用该系统可以根据已知的螺旋槽或砂轮的形状分别求出砂轮或螺旋槽的截面形状,为实现螺旋槽优化设计和砂轮修整的数控化奠定基础。

Abstract:The basic geometric and kinematic relationships defining the flute grinding operation along with the grinding wheel and the generated flute are derived.The mathematical model of the generated flute and the generating grinding wheel,utilizing the principle of differential geometry and kinematics,is formulated.Subsequently,a flute CAD/CAM system has been developed.With the system,the grinding wheel or the generated flute can be obtained conveniently for a given flute or grinding wheel,respectively.
