摘    要:对CAS5-20传动器进行了粉末冶金(PM)同步器齿毂材料和氮化处理工艺研究。完成了PM齿毂强度、耐磨性和道路使用等性能试验,证实了PM法制造同步齿毂改善了传动器的整机性能,并具有良好的经济性。

Abstract:The characteristics and nitriding technology of the powder metallurgy materials used for huls in CA S5 20 transmission were investigated. The thickness, hardness profiles were measured. The microstructure, wear resistance and other properties were determined. The results show that using powder metallurgy materials for hubs can improve the perfermance of car transmission and is also economic.
