| 摘 要： | 针对连续驱动摩擦焊接难以建立精确的数学模型和全参数化准确控制的特点,提出了连续驱动摩擦焊接专家系统的控制方法.介绍了该焊接专家系统的总体结构和知识库的建立方法,并提出了基于案例和数值模型计算的推理方法.软件上利用VC 6.0作为开发工具,结合SQL语言和Access数据库完成了功能的实现.

| Abstract: | Continuous drive friction welding is difficult to establish precise mathematical model and give digital control,so a continuous drive welding expert system is put forward.The total structure of the expert system and the methods to establish integrated knowledge are presented,and a reasoning method based on instances and mathematical model calculating is given also.The continuous drive welding expert system has been finished,using VC 6.0 as the developing method,utilizing the SQL and the database Access. |
