摘    要:基于非共轴螺旋面钻尖的刃磨原理,建立了刃磨参数的数学模型。根据钻尖几何参数与刃磨参数之间的关系,分析了刃磨参数的功能、可控性和敏感性。结果表明:、β和S对几何参数最敏感,通过将和S设定为常数,可解决刃磨参数冗余问题,精确求出具有唯一性的刃磨参数值。

Abstract:Based on the grinding principle of non-coaxial helical micro-drill poi nt, the mathematical model of grinding parameters is established. According to t he relationship between the drill-point geometry and grinding parameters, the f u nctions, controllability and sensitivity of grinding parameters are analyzed. Re sults show that the grinding parameter ,β and S are most sensitive to the geo metric parameters. By setting  and S as constants, the redundancy prob lem of g rinding parameters is resolved, then the only grinding parameter values can be c alculated exactly.
