| 摘 要： | 针对传感器调试校验中用到的关键设备——三轴手动转台,重点从手动转台轴系进行设计、轴承的布置及选型计算方法,传动齿轮副的精度设计选择,编码器的选取选择等方面进行研究并提出相应的设计建议,为手动转台设计优化及研制提供参考。

| Abstract: | The three-axis manual turntable is one of the most important devices in the testing and calibration of the sensors.This paper focuses upon the research on such aspects like shafting structure design,bearing arrangement and selection method,selection of the precision design of the gear pairs,and the encoder selection,and proposes corresponding suggestion for the design,which has certain reference value for the development and optimal design of the three axis manual turntable. |
