重型机床的热变形控制研究

阐述了目前机床结构热变形控制的主要对策：热优化、热温控、热补偿研究现状。以某重型数控落地铣镗床为例，进行结构改进设计和温度控制。现场考核表明，新机床的热态精度得到明显的提高。

Research on Thermal Deformation Control Methods of Heavy Type Machine Tools

In this paper, main methods about thermal deformation control of present machine tools are presented, they are thermal optimization, thermal monitoring and thermal compensation. As an example of numerical control heavy type milling boring machine tool with adjustable stand, structure improved design and thermal control have been made. Working test on the new machine tool demonstrates that its thermal characteristic is improved greatly.
