基于平滑指数和小波的滚动轴承故障诊断

摘    要:分析了Morlet小波的外形及其适合于分析冲击信号的特点,将平滑指数法引入滚动轴承的故障诊断中,结果表明,平滑指数法明显优于对信号的直接频谱分析,不但检测到了故障特征频率,而且检测到了故障特征频率的倍频,可以简单直观地判别出轴承故障部位.

Abstract:The shape of Morlet wavelet and its characteristic for impulsion signal is analyzed,and the smoothing index(SI) method is introduce into bearing faults diagnosis.The results indicate that SI method is prior to spectrum analysis directly.It not only detect the fault character frequency but also the times frequency and is proved it's feasible.
