白酒纸质包装材料霉变原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:对白酒包装材料霉变进行了研究,结果表明,引起纸质包装材料霉变的微生物种类主要是霉菌和细菌;引起霉变的环境因素有温度、水分、氧气及养料等,湿度对包装材料霉变的影响最大,温度次之,储存期的影响最小。白酒包装材料的最佳保存条件为温度15℃、相对湿度75%、储存期为6个月到1年。

Abstract:The reasons of the mildew of liquor paper packaging materials were analyzed. The results suggested that the microbes inducing the mildew of paper packaging materials mainly included fungi and bacteria and the environmental factors causing mildew of packaging materials in- cluded temperature, humidity, oxygen and nutrient etc. (humidity had the strongest influence and then temperature and storage period the least in- fluence).
