摘    要:在竞争激烈的白酒市场,文化成为白酒竞争的内涵诉求,质量与文化的结合成为当今白酒的卖点.推销酒文化已成为酒类产品市场的先导,中国白酒文化历史悠久,塑造白酒文化成为白酒市场面临的问题.结合酒文化与历史、市场、情感、营销、品牌等方面,对酒文化进行了剖析,酒文化的塑造要结合企业品牌特点,才能以文化支撑酒的品质.

Abstract:Liquor market is full of intense competition, Accordingly, liquor culture, as a connotation of liquor, its combination with liquor quality has become a selling strongpoint nowadays. The sales promotion of liquor culture has become the forerunner before the circulation of liquor products in the market, Chinese liquor culture has long history and successful modelling of liquor culture has become an inevitable obstacle for liquor-enterprises to combat, In this paper, liquor culture was analyzed from the angles of history, market, emotion, marketing and brand etc, The modelling of liquor culture should integrate the characteristics of enterprise brands, which could then make full play of the supporting roles of liquor culture for liquor quality.
