几种碳源和维生素对红曲生理活性物质生成的影响

摘    要:在培养基中加入几种不同浓度和不同种类的碳源和维生素,在231nm、238nm、247nm下测定光吸收值,以考察不同碳源和维生素对红曲活性物质生成的影响。结果表明,含有5mg/100ml的烟酸和7%的玉米芯水解液的培养基最有利于红曲活性物质的生成。

Abstract:The determination of tenebrescence value under 231nm, 238nm, and 247nm was done to investigate the effects of different carbon sources and vitamins on the formation of the active materials of monascus by the addition of several kinds of carbon sources and vitamins of different concentration into the culture medium. And the results indicated that the culture medium contained 5% niacin and 7% maize cob digest was the most advantageous for the formation of the active materials of monascus.( Tran. by YUE Yang)
