白肋烟低TSNA含量的品种筛选初探

摘    要:研究了不同白肋烟品种的TSNA含量及组成、各组成成分之间以及它们与烟碱和总氮的关系。结果表明白肋烟中的TSNA主要以N-亚硝基去甲基烟碱(NNN)的形态存在,在TSNA总量中NNN含量所占比重最大,N-亚硝基新烟碱(NAT)和N-亚硝基假木贼碱(NAB)所占比重次之,4-(N-甲基-N-亚硝胺)-1(3-吡啶基)-丁酮(NNK)所占比重最小。TSNA含量在不同品种之间差异比较明显,可以将参试的15个品种分为3类,其中B21为高TSNA含量品种,Ky8959、Tn97、Ky907、20#、21#为低TSNA含量品种,其余品种为中等含量品种。TSNA和NNN与烟碱、总氮呈负相关,TSNA与NNN、NAT+NAB、NNK,NAT+NAB与烟碱和总氮都呈正相关,但是除了TSNA与NNN的相关性达到极显著外,其余的相关性均不显著。总之通过筛选来获得低TSNA含量的品种是可能的。

Abstract:Content and the composition of TSNA in various burley tobacco varieties and the relationship of those components to the nicotine and nitrogen as well as that among the components were investigated. Results showed that TSNA in burley tobacco was mainly in the form of NNN. The contribution of NNN to the total TSNA was the highest, that of NAT and NAB was the second, and that of NNK was the lowest. The differences of TSNA content among varieties were significant. Fifteen burley tobacco varieties were divided into 3 groups, in which B21 was the highest TSNA content variety and the lowest included Ky8959, Tn97, Ky907, 20#, and 21#. TSNA and NNN were negatively correlated to nicotine and total N, while TSNA was positively correlated to NNN, NAT +NAB, NNK, and so were NAT+NAB to nicotine and total N. Only the correlation of TSNA to NNN was extremely significant, that of the others were insignificant. In conclusion, it is possible to produce low TSNA content tobacco variety through selection.
