大豆蛋白接枝改性PET功能织物的制备及服用性能

摘    要:用生物酶对涤纶(PET)织物进行改性增强亲水性,然后用交联剂聚乙烯醇缩水甘油醚(PVAGE)将大豆蛋白接枝到织物表面,制备大豆蛋白接枝改性PET功能织物,并对织物进行结构表征及性能测试。大豆蛋白接枝改性的优化工艺:大豆蛋白5%,PVAGE 1.5%,100℃,30 min。结构表征显示制备的大豆蛋白接枝改性PET功能织物纤维表面有一层均匀的大豆蛋白薄膜,改性PET纤维的N从0%增加到2.13%;织物纤维表面出现了氨基和酰胺基的吸收峰,进一步证明大豆蛋白已被成功接枝到PET纤维上。服用性能表明改性织物的亲水性和耐洗性较好,断裂强力显著增强,并很好地保持了原织物的柔软性,广泛应用于各类服装面料的制作。

Preparation and wearability of modified PET functional fabric grafted with soybean protein

Abstract:Polyester(PET)fabric was modified by enzyme to enhance the hydrophilicity of the fabric,then soybean protein was grafted onto the fabric surface by using crosslinking agent polyvinyl glycidyl ether(PVAGE),and the modified PET functional fabric grafted with soybean protein was prepared.The structure and properties of the fabric were characterized.The optimum modification process with soybean protein were as follows:soybean protein 5%,PVAGE 1.5%,100℃,30 min.The structure characterization showed that there was a uniform soybean protein film on the surface of the modified PET functional fabric grafted with soybean protein,and the N content of the modified PET fiber increased from 0%to 2.13%.The absorption peaks of amino group and acylamine group appeared on the surface of fabric fiber,which further proved that soybean protein was successfully grafted onto PET fiber.The wearability showed that the hydrophilicity and washability of the modified fabric were good,the breaking strength was significantly enhanced,and the softness of the original fabric was well maintained.The modified fabric could be widely used in the production of all kinds of clothing fabrics.
