摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuO-Fe2O3-ZrO2/SiO2双助剂型催化剂,将其用于催化甲醇与乙醇一步合成异丁醛的反应,考察了助剂Fe2O3和ZrO2含量对催化剂性能的影响;采用BET,XRD,H2-TPR等手段对催化剂的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,在CuO质量分数为20%时,适量加入助剂Fe2O3和ZrO2,可以使二者产生协同作用,一方面增大了催化剂的比表面积;另一方面促进了CuO的分散,改善了催化剂的还原性能,从而提高了催化剂的活性和异丁醛的选择性。以Fe2O3质量分数为20%、ZrO2质量分数为10%的CuO-Fe2O3-ZrO2/SiO2为催化剂,在常压、反应温度320℃、n(甲醇)∶n(乙醇)=2∶1的反应条件下,乙醇转化率为58.81%,异丁醛的选择性和收率分别为73.96%和43.50%。

Abstract:Double promoter catalysts CuO-Fe2O3-ZrO2/SiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method and used in one-step synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol.Influence of the double promoters Fe2O3 and ZrO2 on the catalyst performance in the synthesis was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by means of BET,XRD and H2-TPR.The results showed that,at CuO mass fraction 20%,a synergetic effect between the double promoters could take place when the promoters Fe2O3 and ZrO2 were appropriately added to the C...
