节能设计对建筑能耗的影响及分析

摘    要:随着我国城市化进程的加快以及随之出现的环境恶化、能源短缺等问题,建筑能耗越来越受到人们的关注。建筑能耗已逐渐增长至与工业能耗、交通能耗并列,成为我国能源消耗的三大"耗能大户"。因此,从建筑方案构思阶段就应该对建筑进行节能设计,以最小的成本得到最大的回报。以西安市某小区多层住宅楼为模型,利用能耗模拟软件分别对外墙、屋顶、窗户、建筑朝向及综合节能设计进行能耗模拟,对它们各自的节能效果进行对比分析,从而为建筑师进行建筑节能设计提供参考依据。

Effects of Building Energy Saving Design to Energy Consumption
Abstract:With the speeding up of urbanization in China and the consequently environmental degradation, energy shortages etc., individuals are gradually concerned about the building energy consumption , which has growing to one of the three energy-hungry in China as industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption. Therefore, we should take on building energy-saving design in the beginning of the architectural concept stage, and make the minimum cost for the maximum returns. Now we take a multi-storey residential as the model, and simulate the energy consumption of exterior walls, roofs, windows, building orientation and comprehensive energy saving design with energy consumption simulation software, then analyze and compare results to provide a reference for architects when they do energy-saving design.
