| 摘 要： | 论述了国际通行的能源平衡准则及重庆市能源平衡存在的问题.通过国际通行的能源平衡准则和重庆市能源统计的具体情况建立模型,将重庆市终端能源消耗结构按农业能耗、工业能耗、交通能耗、建筑运行能耗分类.计算了重庆市2003-2006年的建筑能耗.年均增长14.16%,2006年建筑能耗为445.2万t标煤,其中公共建筑占27.72%、城镇居住建筑占39.54%、农村建筑占32.74%.
