裂纹参数对叶片固有频率影响的研究

摘    要:叶片在运行中产生的裂纹对叶片的安全运行有重大影响.采用考虑叶片几何非线性变形的三维有限元方法,研究了裂纹形状、裂纹深度和裂纹位置对叶片固有振动频率的影响.结果表明:裂纹尖端形式对叶片频率影响很小,裂纹深度和位置对叶片频率影响很大;并且裂纹位置对叶片不同阶振型对应的频率影响规律不同;裂纹深度越大,叶片频率越低.

Abstract:The crack occurred in the blade during operation affect the safety operation of the blade seriously.By the 3D finite element method in consideration of the blade's geometrical nonlinear deformation,the influence of the shape,depth and the location of the crack on the natural frequencies of the blade were studied.The results indicate that the influence of the crack tip shape on the natural frequencies is very small,while the influence of the depth and the location of the crack on the natural frequencies are quite large.The influence of the crack location on the blade's vibration frequency corresponding to the different orders of vibration mode was not the same.The deeper the crack is,the lower the blade's natural frequency is.
