航空发动机转子叶片损伤特征分析

摘    要:利用计算机辅助设计软件UG,建立了发动机压气机转子外物损伤叶片的实体模型;采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对叶片进行模态分析,得到了叶片前六阶固有频率随损伤位置、损伤半径的变化规律。最后,通过涡流激振试验测量相应损伤程度下叶片的一阶固有频率,验证了模型的适用性。所得结论为提高发动机可靠性提供了一定的理论参考。
