摘    要:为了研究飞片初始形状对雷管输出能力的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法计算了HNS炸药驱动平面飞片、椭圆飞片和三角飞片起爆PBX-9404炸药的冲击起爆过程。计算结果表明:椭圆飞片着靶速度较其他两种飞片略高,起爆炸药在对称面上为汇聚的双波结构;平面飞片起爆炸药在对称面上为单波结构;三角飞片起爆炸药在对称面上为収散的双波结构,稳定爆轰波阵面平整性较平面飞片平整,较椭圆飞片弯曲,其起爆时的压力成长相对平面飞片缓慢。

Abstract:To investigate the influences of flyer original shape on the detonator output, numerical simulation method was used to calculate the shock initiation of PBX-9404 by three different shape flyers(plain, ellipse and triangle). The calculation results show that the velocity of the ellipse flyer is the highest, the shock wave impacted by ellipse flyer is an imploding double wave, and the shock wave impacted by plain flyer is a single wave. In the triangle flyer case, the shock wave is a divergent double wave, the detonation wave front stimulates is more flat than the plain flyer yet less than the ellipse flyer, and the pressure growth is slower than that of plain flyer.
