摘    要:通过采取降低水套芯发气量、在水套芯内部设置气路、对排气针优化改进,设计烘芯板、采用整体组芯进行回火等措施,降低了缸盖气孔缺陷,使气孔废品率由原来的20%降低到5%以下。

Abstract:With measures such as use of lower gas generation jacket core, with gas path arranged inside the water jacket core, optimization design of the venging needle, core drying plate, tempering of the whole group of core,cylinder head hole defect has reduced and stomatal scrap rate has lowered from 20% to under 5%.
