光纤传感器测量煤气发生炉中CO气体温度的研究

摘    要:阐述了光纤传感器的优点及其基本工作原理,蓝宝石单晶光纤是目前在高温环境下最适用的光波导材料之一,其测量温度最高为2 000℃,温度高于800℃时,采用单晶蓝宝石棒做高温探头具有较高的灵敏度和温度分辨力,在800℃以上时,灵敏度优于1℃,在1000℃以上时,温度分辨力优于0.1℃,将其用于光纤高温传感器并测量煤气发生炉中CO气体的温度,其测量精度为0.1℃。

Abstract:The goods of optical fiber transducer and its basic working principle are mainly introduced.Sapphire single crystal fiber is one of the best ray wave-guide materials which are used in high temperature circumstance.The highest temperature which it can measure is 2 000 ℃.When the temperature is higher than 800 ℃,the delicacy and the distinguishing temperature are higher to use single crystal sapphire stick as the head of explorer,which is used in high temperature.The instrument used higher than 800 ℃ has the sensitivity of 1 ℃ and the temperature resolution of 0.1 ℃ at more than 1 000℃,so it is used in the measure of the temperature of CO in coal gas boiler,its accuracy is 0.1 ℃.
