| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的特点是突出学生实践能力的培养,强化学生的职业技能训练。为此建立实训基地是必须的。结合河南大学信息技术实训中心的建设,从软硬件环境建设、指导教师培养和企业化管理等方面,对软件职业技术学院校内实训基的建立和管理展开探讨。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is characterized by the cultivation of practical ability of students, and by the strengthening of vocational skills of students. Training bases established for this purpose is necessary. In this paper, hardware and software environment, instructor training and enterprise management is discussed for the establishment and management of the training bases built in software vocational college, which is according to the experience of establishing the IT Training Center of Henan University. Our opinion give great help to the success of the establishment of the IT Training Center of Henan University. |
