摘    要:介绍了电网调度危险点预控的一般概念以及危险点的特点和产生原因.从杭州电网调度工作的实际出发,分析归纳出杭州电网调度工作产生风险的主要危险点.针对危险点,提出了对策以及危险点预控的步骤,并在杭州电网调度SCADA系统中实施应用.

Abstract:This paper introduces the general conception of risky points pre-control in network dispatching and the features of risky points,as well as its causes.According to the actual practice of network dispatching in Hangzhou network,this paper analyzes and concludes the major risky points which bring about risk to network dispatching in Hangzhou,submits solution and procedures of risky points pre-control,as well as its application in SCADA system of Hangzhou network dispatching.
