Mining fleet management systems: a review of models and algorithms

The objective of this paper is to review and document the mine fleet management systems’ models and algorithms. The purpose is to understand the algorithms behind the fleet management systems and the proposed academic solutions in this area to identify any gaps in the current literature and to open up opportunities to establish research questions that need to be addressed in an integrated simulation and optimisation operational planning research framework. In this paper, we review industrial fleet management systems and the main academic algorithms behind such systems. The fleet management systems are divided into three subsequently related problems to review: shortest path, production optimisation and real-time dispatching. Finally, the limitations of current algorithms for fleet management systems are documented in terms of mining practice feasibility and optimality of the solution on large-scale problems. The results of this literature review enable us to evaluate the logical links between major components of an integrated simulation and optimisation operational planning framework with current theory of fleet management systems.     

青山水库实时安全调度系统研制

随着水资源的日渐匮乏，洪水资源利用也越来越重要。洪水调度也从单纯的防洪减灾向结合洪水资源利用方向转变，青山水库实时安全调度系统是一个以洪水资源利用为目的，在保证水利工程安全前提下，提供最优调度方案的洪水调度系统。     

煤矿生产、安全调度LED电子大屏幕显示系统的设计

通过比较煤矿生产、安全调度显示方式的优缺点，提出和分析了适合于煤矿生产安全调度的ＬＥＤ电子大屏幕显示系统配置、功能及特点。     

基于B/S与C/S相结合的闸门自动调度系统

以上海市淀北片河网闸门为例,开发了以基于Web的B/S结构为主、B/S与C/S相结合的河网闸门自动调度系统,介绍了该系统的整体框架和各子系统的功能。经实践检验,基于B/S与C/S相结合的闸门自动调度系统发挥了B/S与C/S各自的优点,提高了防洪决策的及时性和准确性。     

金沙江防洪(库容)规划的探讨

在分析长江灾害洪水特征的基础上，全面深入地研究了全沙江水库的防洪库客、防洪目标、防洪特点和调度原则，并对防洪库容的作用进行了估算和分析。从多方面比较了虎跳峡高坝方案与低坝方案，结果表明：高坝方案的效益明显高于低坝方案，而两者所需付出的代价相差不大。     

陈村水电站水调自动化系统的建设及应用

陈村水电站在电网的调峰、调频中起着重要的作用,同时水库也面临着防洪、灌溉等任务。为改善陈村水库防洪调度手段,充分挖掘水库调度潜力,提高发电和防洪效益,在原有洪水预报系统的基础上,建立了陈村电厂水库调度自动化系统。该系统集成了洪水预报、水库调度、发电优化、数据整编等各方面功能,并可进行梯级电站联合调度。     

分布式制造动态调度资源集成系统建模

本文分析了分布式制造动态调度的本质，提出了对分布式制造资源集成系统的要求，并利用多A-gent理论对分布式制造资源集成系统进行建模，给出了系统集成的拓扑图和说明系统的信息流动过程，解决了构造分布式制造动态调度资源集成系统的理论基础。     

关于混联梯级水电站经济调度的研究

提出采用具有附加线性约束的网络规划法，可把混联梯级水电站分解为几个子网络，简化了每个子网络的求解计算，从而加速大电网复杂的经济调度的计算速度。     

大渡河流域梯级电站统一调度的初步研究

实行流域梯级电站统一调度,是流域水电开发落实科学发展观的必然要求。经过国内外实践,实现流域统一调度的时机已渐成熟。大渡河流域水电开发有限公司结合流域水电开发实际,通过建立流域水雨情监测网,开展群库水、电、网多环节的大系统综合调度研究,流域梯级电站控制模式研究,流域供电范围及开发时序研究,流域规划环境影响评价研究,以及龚嘴、铜街子电站梯级调度实践,在流域梯级电站统一调度研究方面已取得了初步的成果。对流域梯级电站统一调度的相关政策法规以及与电网调度衔接等问题,提出了若干对策。     

A load dispatch method using fractional programming and semidefinite programming

This paper describes a load dispatch method which minimizes power cost—[fuel cost]/[electric output]—for a power system with thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The proposed method employs fractional programming to convert a minimization problem with fractional objective function to a series of quadratic minimization problems, and semidefinite programming to solve converted problems. The method provides the optimum time‐dependent power output/input and storage level of energy storage facilities as well as time‐dependent power output of thermal plants. The method has been applied to a power system with five thermal plants, two energy storage facilities of various performances, and five load demands. The optimum load scheme of four time mesh points is obtained for the thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The fractional programming successfully converges the optimal scheme through a few iterations. The semidefinite programming deals with a variable matrix of 164 dimensions, and 185 inequality constraints. © 2001 Scripta Technica, Electr Eng Jpn, 138(2): 49–58, 2002
