摘    要:对于特高压GIS现场工频耐压试验,工频谐振装置的现场适应性问题以及变频谐振装置的工频严格性问题将更为突出。通过对试验频率范围进行分类和探讨,指出在试验工频(45~65Hz)范围内,耐压试验具有工频严格性,并在此基础上,提出变频谐振装置限频(限制频率范围)方案原理:通过在试验工频范围内调节频率实现试验回路的调谐,并配置并联电容器以并入或不并入两种不同方式来扩大对试品电容的调谐范围。同时为简化试验装置,提出特高压GIS现场工频耐压试验方案的基本原则:通过合适的试验设备及参数配置,将试验频率限制在试验工频范围内或尽量将其限制在试验工频附近的一定范围内。

Abstract:Aiming at UHVAC GIS on site power-frequency voltage tests, two problems including the site-adaptability of power-frequency resonance devices and the power-frequency strict compliancy of frequency-regulating resonance devices become more remarkable. Through discussing the classification of testing frequency bound, it is indicated that the high voltage tests in the testing power-frequency bound (45~65Hz) satisfy the requirement of power-frequency strict compliancy. So a restricted-frequency scheme principle of frequency-regulating resonance devices is put forward, i.e. the testing-circuit resonance is obtained by means of regulating frequency in the testing power-frequency bound, and the tuning range of the testing capacitors is magnified with deploying parallel- capacitors. Finally, in order to simplify the testing circuits, a basic regulation of the scheme of UHVAC GIS on site power-frequency voltage tests is proposed, i.e. The testing frequency is restricted in the testing power-frequency bound or within some extend to the best of its abilities by means of selecting suitable testing devices and their parameters.
