摘    要:角色是一定社会身份所要求的一般行为方式及其内在的态度和价值观。学生角色与职业人角色存在一定差异。顶岗实习是高职学生从学生角色向职业人角色转换的关键时期,此过程中角色是否顺利转换,主要受学生自身、学校和企业三方面因素的影响。应构建以学生为主体、学校主导、企业协作三位一体模式,帮助高职学生在顶岗实习阶段顺利完成从学生到职业人的角色转换。

Abstract:Role is the required general behavior of certain social status and the inner attitude and value. There are some differences between the role of students and professional people. It is of great significance for higher vocational students to change their roles in the process of intenlship. There are three factors influencing the role conversion process, including students, colleges and enterprises. Therefore, the trinity mode, which is based on students, guided by colleges and collaborated by enterprises, should be established. This would make students' role conversion successfully.
