| 摘 要： | 分析了在新的市场经济形势下生产实习所面临的挑战以及影响生产实习质量的原因 ,提出改进生产实习的一些措施 ,在解决深和广、传统和先进、实习和参观的关系中起到了比较好的效果 ,加强平时考核 ,对保证生产实习质量起有效作用。
