高职院校学生跨年级专业学习导师制的探索与实践

摘    要:探讨了高职院校学生“跨年级专业学习导师制”的教育模式,分析了这种学生管理模式在提高学生的学习能力、创新能力和竞争能力,融合教师与学生、高年级学生与低年级学生之间的关系,全面提升学生的社会认知能力和职业素养方面的积极作用。

Abstract:The pattern of "the tutorial system of the vocational college students'specialized study crossing grades" is a new kind of exploration and attempt to the vocational college education reforms in the student management pattern, which aims to sharpen students' learning capability, innovation ability and competitive ability, and which is one kind fusion of multi-position interactive relations between the teachers and the students, the higher grade students and the lower grade students, and which is advantageous in forming the good interpersonal relationship, promoting comprehensively the student's society cognitive capacity and the professional accomplishment.
