| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于心理问题引发的各种恶性事件在各高校时有发生,引起社会各界的高度重视。高校心理健康教育工作必须加以改进,提高实效。体育教学除了应重视学生的身体健康外,也应把心理健康提到相应的高度。本文通过对大学体育教学中学生心理障碍的分析,强调了开展心理健康教育的重要性,并提出了相应对策,以提高体育教学效果。

| Abstract: | Recently,various vicious incidents caused by mental problems take place in universities frequently,which has caught people's attention at all levels in the society.Mental health education in universities should be improved to achieve the practical results.PE(physical education) is supposed to place students' mental health at a higher level in addition to paying attention to the students' physical health.By analyzing the mental disorders among students in the teaching of College PE,the paper emphasizes the importance of carrying out mental health education and puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures. |
