摘    要:用内蒙扎赉诺尔褐煤在气流床反应器中进行了快速加氢热解的研究,在500~900℃温度范围及0.1~6.0MPa氢压范围考察了温度、压力等诸因素对热解产物产率的影响.实验结果表明:苯的产率随温度及压力的增加而增加,而甲苯、二甲苯以及苯酚和二甲酚在700~800℃之间出现最高产率.当温度800℃、氢压6.0MPa时,可获轻芳烃液体(三苯+三酚)的最高产率6.62%

Abstract:The flash hydropyrolysis of Zalannoer brown coal of Inner Mongolia was carried out in an experimental entrained reactor. The effect of temper ature and pressure on the yield of products was investigated at a temperature from 500℃ to 900℃ and a hydrogen pressure up to 6.0 MPa. The results indicated that the yield of benzene increased with temperature and pressure while a maximum yield existed between 700℃ and 800℃ for toluene, xylene, phenol, cresol and xylenol. A maximium yield of hydrocarbon liquid of 6.62% was obtained at 800℃ and 6.0MPa.
