还原气氛下Si-B2O3-TiO2系反应的热力学分析

摘    要:通过热力学计算,探讨Si-B2O3-TiO2系在还原性气氛下TiB2,Ti(C,N)的可能性、生成途径以及产物在此体系中的相对稳定性。结果表明:Si-B2O3-TiO2系在还原性气氛下TiB2的生成有2种可能性,生成物中TiB2要比TiN和TiC稳定。在1843K左右,TiC和TiN可以形成固溶体Ti(C,N)。

Abstract:TiB 2-Ti(C,N) composites were obtained by silicothermic reaction in reducing atmosphere.In this paper,the possibility,route and stability of resultant in Si-B 2O 3-TiO 2 system under the nitrogen and carbon monoxide were investigated by the thermodynamic calculation.The results show that there are two routes to produce TiB 2 and TiB 2 is more stable than TiC and TiN at about 1843K,TiN and TiC can form solid solution-Ti(C,N).
