基于PLC的全电动注塑机控制系统的设计与应用

摘    要:针对全电动注塑机控制系统的抗干扰能力及控制精度较差的特点,分析了注塑机高速、高精度性能对运动控制系统性能的要求,提出了一种根据各个层的分工独立设计软件的功能模块的方法,并选择西门子S7-300PLC作为控制中枢,实现了一种全电动注塑机的伺服运动控制系统。实际运行结果表明,该系统的抗干扰能力及控制精度得到了进一步的提高,能够较好地满足了全电动注塑机控制的速度、精度和稳定性要求。

Abstract:Aimed at the shortcomings of the anti-interference ability and control precision of fully-electric injection molding machine control system can not meet the requirements,analyzes its control requirements for motion control system,proposes a method according to the division of labor and independent design of each layer of software’s functionality modules and designs an servo motion control system based on the Siemens S7-300 PLC.The practical results show that the anti-interference ability and control precision of the system are improved greatly,and it meets the requirements of the control precision,control speed and stability greatly.
