| 摘 要： | 高压隔膜泵属于国内外行业技术难度最大、产品附加值最高的泵类产品之一。它采用隔膜将输送介质与驱动介质(油类)隔开,使输送介质不仅无外漏,更重要的是输送的颗粒性介质与泵活塞运动部件不接触,免除了固体颗粒对泵造成的严重磨损,从而使泵的稳定性及可靠性大幅度提高。通过对高压隔膜煤浆泵的一些改造,使隔膜的使用寿命由3 000h左右延长至将近5 000h。

| Abstract: | The high-pressure diaphragm pumps are one of the highest value-added pumps in industry at home and abroad. However, the running problems are also very significant. The high pressure diaphragm pump failures in actual production are studied, reasons of the rubber diaphragm breakdown are found and the diaphragm is repaired through revamping. After replacing the drum sieve and reducing the inlet pipe diameter, the stability and reliability of the pump is greatly improved, the diaphragm life is extended from about 3 000 h to nearly 5 000 h. |
