大型步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却装置

论述了本钢4号步进梁式加热炉化冷却装置的组成，基本原理，结构，达到的水平及应用效果，本钢热轧厂4号250t/h大型步进梁式加热炉在国内首次有用由国内自行设计，制造，施工安装的汽化冷却装置,在2000年7月投产以来，效果较好，该装置为国内大型步进梁式加热炉应用具有自主知识产权的先进的汽化冷却技术提供了经验，推动轧钢厂节能降耗，提高经济效益。

EVAPORATION COOLING DEVICE ON LARGE WALKING-BEAM REHEATING FURNACE

The first evaporation cooling device, domestically designed, and manufactured was equipped on the No.4 250 t/h walking beam furnace in Hot Rolling Plant, Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co.. Since its start up in July 2000, the device has operated smooth with good results, providing precious experience in the application of advanced evaporation cooling technology on large walking beam furnace with own intellectual property. This paper describes the components basic principle and construction, as well as the performance of the evaporation cooling device, aiming to promote this advanced technology for energy saving and cost reduction.
