摘    要:主要对煤粉燃烧过程中氮的析出特性进行了研究,并探讨了煤质特性、结构参数和运行参数对氮析出特性的影响,在试验研究的基础上得出了煤粉燃烧过程中氮污染物的析出规律.结果表明,随煤化程度的加深,生成NO的浓度降低;煤阶与氮含量变化不明显;随氮含量的增加.NO浓度升高,氮的转化率降低;细煤粉粒度、低过量空气系数、湿煤粉以及烟气中较高的CO含量均使氮析出量降低.

Abstract:The characteristics of the nitrogen releasing from the pulverized coal combusting in the one-dimensional boiler were studied.The effect of coal property, structural parameters and operating parameters on the characteristics of the nitrogen releasing from the pulverized coal was also discussed.On the basis of experimental research, the regularity of NO_x emission in the combusting process of the pulverized coal was investigated. Results showed: NO yields decreased with increasing coal rank,and there was no distinct connection between coal rank and content of nitrogen,and the NO concentration increased while the nitrogen content increased, in contract, the conversion of nitrogen decreased. Fine pulverized coal, low excess air coefficient, wet pulverized coal and high concentration of CO in the gas could bring the NO concentration down.
