摘    要: 以选煤厂现场采集的煤泥样品为研究对象,构造模型煤泥水体系,连续改变煤泥水固体含量、-0.045mm细泥含量、水质硬度、pH值及药剂制度五大因素,来研究各因素对煤泥水的沉降的影响规律和机理,并根据沉降速度、上清液浊度、絮团体压缩率等絮凝评价指标的变化,找出了沉降效果显著变化的临界点,并得到了多因素影下的煤泥水沉降速度、上清液浊度与各个因素的定量关系模型,为生产提供管理和自动化控制的理论依据。

Abstract:Taking the slime samples collected from a coal preparation plant as the study objects,a model coal slurry water system was established.There were five major factors of a continued improved solid content in the coal slurry water,the fine mud content of-0.045mm,water hardness,pH value and agent regime applied to study each factor to the settling influence law and mechanism of the coal slurry water.According to the settling velocity,turbidity of top clean water,compression rate of the flocculated aggregate and variation of flocculation evaluation index,the obvious changed critical point of the settling effect could be found.And the quantitative relationship model between the settling velocity of the coal slurry water,the turbidity of top clean water and each factor under the influences of the multi factors was obtained.All those could provide the theoretical basis to the production management and automation control.
