偏移补偿式轨道矿车牵引装置设计

摘    要:胶轮式牵引车能有效解决煤矿井下轨道矿车大坡度的牵引问题,牵引车行驶路线较灵活,但轨道矿车只能沿着轨道行驶,当胶轮式牵引车偏移时,轨道矿车受侧向力作用,极易倾翻脱轨。通过对胶轮式牵引车的各种牵引工况及各工况下轨道矿车受力进行分析,研究设计了具有偏移补偿式轨道矿车牵引装置。经井下工业性试验运行证明,该牵引装置有效地解决了胶轮式牵引车牵引轨道矿车过程中矿车易脱轨的问题。

Abstract:The rubber wheel tractor can effectively solve the problem of large slope traction of underground mining rail tramcar. The traveling route of the tractor is flexible, but the tramcar can only travel along the rail. When the rubber tyred tractor with offset compensation, the tramcar is subject to large lateral force and is easy to overturn and derail. Based on the analysis of various traction conditions of rubber tyred tractor and the force acting on the rail tramcar under each condition, the traction device of the rail tramcar with offset compensation has been studied and designed. Through the tested operation in underground, it has been proved that the traction device can effectively solve the problem of derailment of rubber tyred tractor in the process of traction of rail tramcar.
