| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种用在DDS中的高速DAC,采用CMOS电流阵列结构。它的转换频率最高可达300MHz,精度达12位,输出为电流型。文章介绍的高速DAC能够被广泛应用于通讯、雷达、导航、遥控遥测、电子对抗以及现代化的仪器仪表等各种领域。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a sort of high speed DAC using in DDS, she adopts the structure of CMOS current array.Her conversion frequency is up to 300MHz, precision is up to 12 bits, and output is current. It can be application of communication, radar, navigation, electron confront and so on. |
