衍射光学元件-波分复用角色散特性分析

摘    要:解复用器件是波分复用(WDM)系统中的关键性器件。在设计二元光学器件波分复用器件中,需要对二元光学器件的角色散进行分析。利用相位二元化方程对衍射光学元件(DOE)角色散及角色散温变特性进行了分析,最终得到衍射光学元件色散特性的表达式,并同时给出了角色散的温度变化特性。采用此理论结果确定杨-顾算法目标值,设计了用于波分复用的二元光学器件。利用菲涅耳衍射对器件角色散特性及角色散热特性进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:The multi-wavelength dividing element is a key element in wavelength division multipler (WDM) system. Phase-only diffracti ve optical element (PDOE) used as WDM element has many merits, such as easy coup ling, polarization insensitivity, low cross-talk and simple structure. For the design of binary optical WDM element, the angular dispersion analysis is needed. Based on the phase binary equation, the angular dispersion and the thermal angu lar dispersion analysis are proposed in this paper. And the theoretical expressi ons of dispersion and thermal dispersion have been given after the analysis. Usi ng the results of this theory, the destination value of Yang-Gu (Y-G) algorith m is selected, and the binary optical WDM element is also designed. The angular dispersion simulation based on Fresnel diffraction has been proceeded. The numer ical simulation results validate the theoretical results.
