摘    要:集成电路的低功耗和散热设计是ASIC(专用集成电路)芯片发展中比较突出的问题。文中从理论上对由于寄生负载电容进行充放电、漏电流和亚阈电流造成的集成电路功耗进行了探讨,从而找出降低集成电路功耗的多种方法。

Abstract:With the wide use of Integrated Circuit design by electrical engineers,low power consumption and heat dissipation become a major problem in the development of Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC).This paper aims to deal with,from the theoretical point of view,the low power consumption problem in the Integrated Circuit due to discharge,leakage current and subthreshold current of parasitical load capacitance in order to find a way to reduce the power consumption in Integrated Circuit.
