东平水道特大桥(85+286+85)m双拱肋钢桁拱设计

摘    要:东平水道特大桥主桥为(85+286+85)m双拱肋钢桁拱桥,该桥式上拱肋延伸至边墩支承,下拱肋支承在主墩上,上下拱肋用桁架联接,边跨不是梁,仍是拱,通过拱上立柱支撑桥面,边中跨比仅为0.3。桥面系采用带水平K撑的正交异性板结构。该桥式结构和带水平K撑的钢桥面系在国内均是首次应用,丰富了铁路桥梁结构类型,拓宽了桥梁结构设计思路,整个体系受力层次分明、简单明确。

Design of Dongping Waterway Grand Railway Bridge with (85+286+85) m-span Steel Trussed Arch and Double Arch Ribs

Abstract:The main bridge of Dongping grand railway bridge is a( 85 + 286 + 85) m-span with double arch rib connected by steel truss arch bridge. The upper arch rib of the main bridge extends to the side pier bearings and the lower arch rib is supported on the middle piers. The upper and the lower arch ribs are connected by truss structures. The side spans of the main bridge are arch structures,which support bridge deck system with arch columns. The ratio of side span to middle span is only 0. 3. The bridge deck system is an orthotropic plate structure with horizontal K-shape supports. The bridge structure and the bridge deck system are the first application in China,which add more choices to railway bridge structure and design. The structure is well designed,simple and clear in force bearing.
