新型铁路钢横梁框架墩设计与施工技术研究

摘    要:新建铁路与既有铁路以小角度交叉时,为减小结构跨度、结构高度、施工高度和运营铁路上方施工作业时间,多采用钢横梁混凝土立柱组合框架墩结构。以连盐线跨越既有陇海铁路为工程实践,分析控制结构设计的各项指标及钢横梁的预拱度设置,介绍钢横梁与混凝土立柱先铰结后刚接的体系转换形式,创新地提出新型临时支撑—钢球铰的理念,阐述墩梁结合处的节点设计与施工关键技术。

Design and Construction of New Type of Railway Steel Beam Frame Pier

Abstract:Composite frame pier structures with steel beam and concrete column are often adopted where a new line is crossing over the existing railway at a small angle to reduce the span and height of the structure,the construction height,shorten the time for construction over the operating railway line. With reference to Lian- Yan Line( Lianyungang- Yancheng) crossing over the existing Longhai Railway( Lanzhou-Lianyungang),this paper analyzes the indexes of structure design and the camber setting of steel beam,addresses the system transformation between the steel beam and concrete column,i. e.,from hinging to rigid connection,and puts forward a creative temporary supporting concept of steel ball hinge,and details on the joint where the pier and the beam are connected and some key construction technologies.
