我国戏曲学专业硕士研究生教育得失平议简

我国戏曲学专业硕士研究生教育从肇始到现今，可以分成三个阶段。目前，由于戏曲的不景气与我国教育体制上的缺陷，其生源与培养质量迅速下降，已不能为戏曲振兴事业服务。为了改变这种状况，需要采取多种措施，包括把好招生关，宁缺勿滥；遴选具有较高戏曲艺术素养的人员做导师；积极探索与戏曲院团联合培养研究生之路；坚持论文选题要和戏曲实践相结合等。

Achievements and Shortcomings in Graduate Education in Traditional Chinese Opera

Graduate education in traditional Chinese opera may he divided historically into three stages. At present, due to me recession in traditional Chinese opera and defects of the Chinese education system, the number of opera students and quality of opera education have both fallen to the detriment of the development of traditional Chinese opera. Effective measures must be taken to change the situation, including attracting good students, recruiting well-versed teachers to serve as supervisors, collaborating with opera troupes in training students, and integrating thesis writing with theatrical practice.
