| 摘 要： | 目的]分析中国各肿瘤登记处2004年的肿瘤登记死亡资料,掌握登记覆盖人群恶性肿瘤死亡的流行特征。方法]数据来源于全国肿瘤登记中心收集的全国34个肿瘤登记处2004年的人群为基础的登记资料中的恶性肿瘤死亡数据,根据《中国肿瘤登记工作指导手册》,及国际癌症研究中心和国际癌症登记协会推荐的肿瘤登记原则和方法,进行资料的汇集、整理、审核、汇总分析。结果]2004年中国登记地区恶性肿瘤死亡总数为88334例,死亡率166.22/10万,男性高于女性(204.07/10万,127.40/10万),农村地区高于城市地区(分别为161.92/10万和177.97/10万)。城市地区肺癌死亡率明显高于其他恶性肿瘤,农村地区上消化道肿瘤为主。结论]肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌是威胁我国居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤。农村地区死亡率偏高,应加强对农村地区和中西部地区肿瘤登记的网络建设。

| Abstract: | Purpose] To investigate the characteristics of cancer death in China from cancer registration data, 2004. Methods] The data of all cancer death cases were collected from population-based cancer regis-tration database in 34 local cancer registries in China.
