摘    要:随着经济全球化进程的不断加快、居民收入水平的不断提高,食品安全问题越来越引起全世界的广泛关注.选择可靠、高效的食品供应组织,是保障食品安全的重要措施之一.借鉴发达国家的成功经验,结合我国的国情,三种比较成功的食品供应组织模式可以选择,包括农民销售合作组织、贸工农一体化经营组织和食品供应链物流管理模式等.

Abstract:With the development of global economy and the increasing of the residents' income, the food Security is drawing attention all over the world. It is one of the important measures to choose credible effective organization of food supply for implement the security of food circulating area. There are three models of successful food supply organizations according to the experience of developed countries and the condition of China, including the sale cooperative organization of peasantries, incorporate among trading and industry and agriculture and the management of goods circulation of the food supply chain.
