摘    要:以垂枝为母本、南沟1号为父本进行杂交,育成板栗新品种南垂5号。该品种树姿开张,枝条开张角度大;坚果单粒质量12.51 g,可溶性糖含量19.52%,淀粉含量50.12%,蛋白质含量5.56%,果肉口感细糯,风味香甜;结果早,丰产性强,适宜中国北方板栗栽培区缓坡丘陵及沙地种植。

Breeding of a New Chestnut Hybrid Variety Nanchui No.5 and Its Cultivation Techniques
Abstract:Nanchui No.5 is derived from ChuizhiíNangou No.1, which has opened tree form and large branches angle. The nut mass is 12.51 g on average, the content of sugar, starch and protein are 19.52%,50.12% and 5.56% of the nut dry weigh respectively. The flesh of nut is fine and smooth. The variety has early fruiting and high yield characters. The new variety is appropriate to be planted in gentle slope hills and sandy land in north region of China.
