| 摘 要： | 为了实现肝靶向给药的目的，同时避免使用价格昂贵，且来源有限的内源性配体，我们用还原胺化法合成了半乳糖基牛血清蛋白（Galn-BSA）。对得到的产物，分别用苯酚-硫酸比色法和MADLI-TOF质谱法测定了糖化比率，在糖化比率较低时，两种方法的结果一致，糖化比率较高时，苯酚-硫酸比色法应适当修正。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve hepatic targeting of drug delivery and avoid using costly and limited natural ligands,galactosyated bovine serum albumin were prepared by covalent coupling lactose to BSA using reductive amination method.The number of galactose residues was determined by phenol sulfuric colorimetric method and MADLI TOF MS method.When the number of galactose residues is small,the results of two methods are consistent.When the number of galatose residues is large,the phenol sulfuric colorimetric method should be modified. |
