摘    要:针对腰英台油田某区块微裂缝发育,前期CO2驱试验区气窜严重的特点,通过实验对超临界CO2泡沫封堵注入方式、注入速度、气液比以及发泡剂浓度进行优化。实验结果表明:不同注入方式下的超临界CO2泡沫阻力因子变化较大,气液同时注入更有利于提高超临界CO2泡沫封堵效果;同时,气液比、注入速度与发泡剂浓度对超临界CO2泡沫封堵效果均有显著影响,优选注入速度为0.7 mL/min,气液比为1∶1,发泡剂浓度为0.5%。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of micro-fractures development and serious CO2 gas channeling in a block of Yaoyingtai oilfield, injection method, injection speed, gas/liquid ratio and frother concentration of supercritical CO2 foam channeling prevention was optimized by experiment. The experimental results showed that: supercritical CO2 foam resistance factor changed greatly under different injection methods and injection at the same time was more advantageous to improve the effect of supercritical CO2 foam channeling prevention; Meanwhile, injection speed, gas/liquid ratio and frother concentration had a significant impact on the effect of supercritical CO2 foam channeling prevention and the optimization results of injection speed was 0.7ml/min, gas/liquid ratio was 1:1, frother concentration was 0.5%.
