纳滤膜提纯2,3-二羧酸吡嗪的研究

摘    要:以氯化钾和硫酸钠溶液为原料,测定了纳滤膜的性能,结果表明:在相同浓度下,纳滤膜对二价SO4^2-离子的截留率大于一价离子;随着SO4^2-和Cl^-浓度的上升,纳滤膜的截留率下降;随压力的增加,膜通量下降。以2,3-二羧酸吡嗪为原料进行分离处理,结果证明,纳滤膜在脱Cl^-离子方面有效果,实验中2,3-二羧酸吡嗪对膜有污染,但污染不严重,可采用水洗法进行处理。

Abstract:The features of nanofiltration memebranes are obtained by using potassium chloride and sodium solfate as raw materials. The result has showed that the rejection of nanofiltration membranes to sulfate is greater than that to chloride under the same concentration. The result is also obtained that the rejection drops with the concentration rising and the flux of nanofiltration membranes drops with the pressure rising. Pyrazine-2,3-carboxylic Acid is purified with nanofiltration membranes.
