废流化催化裂化催化剂气相活化脱镍研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的废流化催化裂化催化剂气相活化脱镍技术。对气相活化条件、酸洗条件、脱镍后催化剂的活性和稳定性进行了考察。实验结果表明,该技术对脱除废流化催化裂化催化剂上的镍效果显著,脱镍率最高可达80%,脱镍后的催化剂微反活性大幅度提高,并且稳定性较好。

Abstract:A new gas activation method was proposed to remove nickel from spent fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst effectively. The effects of gas-activation conditions and acid cleaning condition on nickel removal and activity rejuvenation, the stability of the nickel-removed catalyst were investigated. The results show that nickel on the spent FCC catalyst can be removed significantly, and the maximum nickel removal is up to 80%. Meanwhile, compared with the spent FCC catalyst, the nickel-removed catalyst exhibits excellent stability.
